About ERRIN
The European Return and Reintegration Network is an initiative of 16 European states that helps to ensure that people on the move can return home in a dignified and humane manner. ERRIN is working with local organisations on the ground in 40 countries, offering comprehensive assistance for returning migrants. Following the initial aid provided right upon arrival, the reintegration support may involve support for housing, medical treatment, vocational training and educational needs, or setting up a business.
About Caritas and AG Ghana
In Ghana, we work with Caritas. AG Care Ghana (formerly AGREDS) is a faith-based non-governmental organisation working with rural and urban populations. Its primary activities revolve around supporting livelihoods, education and health. Caritas International Belgium (CIB) is a non-governmental organisation and works in close cooperation with AG Care Ghana to provide assistance to returnees from the different ERRIN partner countries. CIB has been implementing the Belgian national government programme in the field of voluntary return worldwide since 2007.
