Herzlich Willkommen auf der ERRIN-Website! Das Europäische Rückkehr- und Reintegrationsnetzwerk (ERRIN) ist eine Arbeitsgemeinschaft aus 15 Partnerländern, die gegründet wurde, um die Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Migrationsbehörden zu erleichtern. Eine würdevolle und humane Rückkehr der Migranten mit irregulärem Status in deren Herkunftsländer ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil der EU-Bemühungen beim Umgang mit Migration.

Dank einer besseren Zusammenarbeit entwickeln wir gemeinsam Lösungen, um die Effizienz des Rückkehrprozesses und die Qualität der Reintegrationsleistungen zu verbessern. Am wichtigsten ist es für uns, die Zukunftsperspektiven der Rückkehrer bei ihrem Neuanfang im Heimatland zu verbessern.

    Afghanistan

    Nationals of Afghanistan who wish or have to return from an ERRIN partner country* may be eligible to benefit from the ERRIN programme. IRARA is the contracted service provider to assist returnees under ERRIN, both voluntary and non-voluntary, with the first steps of their reintegration in Afghanistan. IRARA partners with the Afghanistan Centre for Excellence (ACE) to deliver the ERRIN programme in Afghanistan.

    ACE is an Afghan owned and operated firm with over 7 years’ experience in project management, capacity development, training, advisory and human resource services. All of the IRARA professional counsellors are nationals of Afghanistan and have extensive experience in resettling citizens by providing advice and support for successful reintegration, which is tailored to individual needs.

    Armenien

    Nationals of Armenia who wish or have to return from an ERRIN partner country* may be eligible to benefit from the ERRIN programme. Under the programme, the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) is the contracted service provider to assist returnees, both voluntary and non-voluntary, with the first steps of their reintegration in Armenia. The ICMPD Armenia office acts as the local implementation partner.

    ICMPD is an international organisation with 17 Member States and about 300 staff members. Active in more than 90 countries worldwide, ICMPD takes a regional approach in its work to create efficient cooperation and partnerships along migration routes. The Vienna-based organisation has a mission in Brussels, a regional office in Malta and project offices in several countries, including Armenia. The Armenian representation of ICMPD is implementing the ERRIN-Armenia project – ‘Return and Reintegration of Migrants’ – in cooperation with the Armenian Migration Service.

    Äthiopien

    Nationals of Ethiopia who wish or have to return from an ERRIN partner country* may be eligible to benefit from the ERRIN programme. Under the programme, Caritas International Belgium (CIB) is the contracted service provider for Ethiopia. CIB has been implementing the Belgian government voluntary return programme as service provider worldwide since 2007.

    CIB works with Caritas Ethiopia as local service delivery partner to assist returnees, both voluntary and non-voluntary, with the first steps of their reintegration in Ethiopia. The Ethiopian Catholic Church Social and Development Commission – or Caritas Ethiopia – was founded in 1965 and registered with the Ethiopian government in 2000. Caritas Ethiopia operates at the community and national level. Its primary activities revolve around provision of quality education, humanitarian assistance, emergency aid and food security, water and sanitation, health and HIV/AIDS education, migration and gender equality issues.

    Bangladesch

    Nationals of Bangladesh who wish or have to return from an ERRIN partner country* may be eligible to benefit from the ERRIN programme. IRARA is the contracted service provider to assist returnees under ERRIN, both voluntary and non-voluntary, with the first steps of their reintegration in Bangladesh. IRARA collaborate with BRAC for the delivery of the ERRIN programme in Bangladesh.

    Established in 1972, BRAC employ over 97.000 staff who provide professional counselling services from a network of offices which are geographically spread across the country to ensure accessibility to all citizens. All of the IRARA professional counsellors are nationals of Bangladesh and have extensive experience in resettling citizens by providing advice and support for successful reintegration, which is tailored to individual needs.

    Brasilien

    Nationals of Brazil who wish or have to return from an ERRIN partner country* may be eligible to benefit from the ERRIN programme. Under the programme, Caritas International Belgium (CIB) is the contracted service provider for Brazil. CIB works with Projeto Resgate as local service delivery partner to assist returnees, both voluntary and non-voluntary, with the first steps of their reintegration in Brazil.

    Projeto Resgate Association was founded in Switzerland in 2006 with the goal of helping victims of human trafficking. The organisation is now registered both in Switzerland and Brazil, and assists people who are living abroad in difficult conditions, by providing a safe return to their country of origin and supporting their social and professional reintegration. CIB has been implementing the Belgian government voluntary return programme as service provider worldwide since 2007.

    Gambia

    Nationals of The Gambia who wish or have to return from an ERRIN partner country* may be eligible to benefit from the ERRIN programme. Under the programme, Caritas International Belgium (CIB) is the contracted service provider for The Gambia. CIB has been implementing the Belgian government voluntary return programme as service provider worldwide since 2007.

    CIB works with Caritas Gambia as local service delivery partner to assist returnees, both voluntary and non-voluntary, with the first steps of their reintegration in The Gambia. The Catholic Development Office (CaDO) – or Caritas Gambia – was established in 2001. With its main office in Serrekunda, CaDO implements projects across the country through seven sub-offices and 22 parishes. It primary activities revolve around health, HIV / AIDS care and support, malaria prevention, water and sanitation, emergency relief, and peace building. CaDO seeks to maximise community capacity building by encouraging local initiatives, in particular those focused on vulnerable groups, including women, youth and children.

CIB has been implementing the Belgian government voluntary return programme as service provider worldwide since 2007.

    CIB works with AG Care Ghana as local service delivery partner to assist returnees, both voluntary and non-voluntary, with the first steps of their reintegration in Ghana. AG Care Ghana (formerly AGREDS) is a faith-based non-governmental organisation working with rural and urban poor. Its primary activities revolve around three thematic areas: livelihood empowerment; education; and, health.

CIB has been implementing the Belgian government voluntary return programme as service provider worldwide since 2007.

    CIB works with Caritas India as local implementing partner to assist returnees, both voluntary and non-voluntary, with the first steps of their reintegration in India. Caritas India, established in 1962, has evolved in emergency response and recovery, community development, reconstruction and natural resource management, in solidarity with the community. Caritas India works for the most vulnerable and marginalised sections of society towards dignified lives and inclusive sustainable development. Since the late 1990s, Caritas India has been efficiently working to address safe migration and human trafficking.

    Nationals of Iraq KRG who wish or have to return from an ERRIN partner country* may be eligible to benefit from the ERRIN programme. Under the programme, the European Technology and Training Center (ETTC) is the contracted service provider to assist returnees, both voluntary and non-voluntary, with the first steps of their reintegration in the Iraqi/KRG Region.

    ETTC is a development non-profit organisation, working in Iraq to contribute to a better situation and sustainable development in the country. ETTC has been implementing reintegration programmes, vocational training and good governance projects in public administration since 2009.

Under the programme, Caritas International Belgium (CIB) is the contracted service provider for Morocco. CIB has been implementing the Belgian government voluntary return programme as service provider worldwide since 2007.

    CIB works with Fondation Orient-Occident as local service delivery partner to assist returnees, both voluntary and non-voluntary, with the first steps of their reintegration in Morocco. Fondation Occident-Orient (FOO) was established in 1994. Its primary activities revolve around work with young people from disadvantaged neighbourhoods and promoting employability by setting up socio-educational and professional training structures. With increasing flows of migrants and refugees, the Foundation has expanded its reach to the field of migration.

Under the programme, Caritas International Belgium (CIB) is the contracted service provider for Nepal. CIB has been implementing the Belgian government voluntary return programme as service provider worldwide since 2007.

    CIB works with Caritas Nepal as local service delivery partner to assist returnees, both voluntary and non-voluntary, with the first steps of their reintegration in Nepal. Caritas Nepal was established in 1990 as a non-profit NGO and is present in over 50 districts in Nepal. Activities include Prevention of Human Trafficking and HIV AIDS, Livelihood and Resilience Program, Socio-Economic Empowerment of Women and Youth, Bhutanese Refugee Program, Return & Reintegration, Safe Migration campaign, and Humanitarian action.

Under the programme, Caritas International Belgium (CIB) is the contracted service provider for Nigeria. CIB has been implementing the Belgian government voluntary return programme as service provider worldwide since 2007.

    CIB works with Idia Renaissance as local service delivery partner to assist returnees, both voluntary and non-voluntary, with the first steps of their reintegration in Nigeria. Idia Renaissance was established in 1999 to respond to the problem of human trafficking and officially registered in 2003. Idia Renaissance is now addressing a wide range of social, health and economic challenges. With activities centered on research, advocacy, education, enlightenment and training Idia Renaissance works, in particular, with children, young people, women and vulnerable groups.

    Nationals of Pakistan who wish or have to return from an ERRIN partner country* may be eligible to benefit from the ERRIN programme. Under the programme, the Women Empowerment Literacy and Development Organisation (WELDO) is the contracted service provider to assist returnees, both voluntary and non-voluntary, with the first steps of their reintegration in Pakistan.

    WELDO is a not-for-profit organisation that has been active in Pakistan since 2003. Over that time, WELDO has worked with over 900 national and international partners on a wide array of projects. WELDO started working on returns and reintegration projects in Pakistan in 2010. Since then, WELDO has provided returns and reintegration support to over 7.000 voluntary and forced returnees.

Under the programme, Caritas International Belgium (CIB) is the contracted service provider for Russia. CIB has been implementing the Belgian government voluntary return programme as service provider worldwide since 2007.

    CIB works with Caritas Moscow as local service delivery partner to assist returnees, both voluntary and non-voluntary, with the first steps of their reintegration in the Russian Federation. Caritas Moscow was founded as a member of the Caritas Russia network in 1991, with the aim of providing humanitarian assistance to vulnerable groups after the collapse of the Soviet Union. Caritas Moscow has been cooperating with Caritas International Belgium within the project of voluntary return and reintegration since 2010.

    Chrysalis (previously CARE International) is a Sri Lankan social enterprise which is focused on helping citizens resettle and thrive back in their home country. All of the IRARA professional counsellors are nationals of Sri Lanka and have extensive experience in resettling citizens by providing advice and support for successful reintegration, which is tailored to individual needs.

    Nationals of Ukraine who wish or have to return from an ERRIN partner country* may be eligible to benefit from the ERRIN programme. Under the programme, Caritas International Belgium (CIB) is the contracted service provider for Ukraine. CIB has been implementing the Belgian government voluntary return programme as service provider worldwide since 2007.

    CIB works with Caritas Ukraine as local service delivery partner to assist returnees, both voluntary and non-voluntary, with the first steps of their reintegration in Ukraine. After Ukraine gained independence in 1991, the Greek Catholic community started establishing Caritas branches in Ukraine. Initially the regional organisations focused on collecting and distributing humanitarian aid to the disadvantaged. Over time, the needs of the communities pushed Caritas in Ukraine to broaden the scope of its work. Caritas Ukraine is an umbrella organisation for more than 20 regional Caritas branches across Ukraine.
