
During his time in Germany, Ashot came up with an idea of opening a place similar to his favourite Bäckerei.
In 2019, when he came back to Armenia with his family, he got right into it – he renovated an old bakery, established a cake and pastry production workshop and opened an adjacent shop to sell his products. With his wife guiding the baking process with her ancestors’ recipes in mind, their place now is an example of Armenian hospitality and the spot to go to for the best lavash in the neighbourhood.
